Following several years of tremendous growth, New Access has established an Advisory Board to support its management team. This non-executive entity is composed of well-known personalities of the Swiss and international banking and software markets as well as by the founders of New Access SA.

The Advisory Board is composed of the following persons:

Biographies

   

George Koukis has been active in the software industry for more than 20 years, having begun at Qantas where he was heavily involved with the computerization of the company’s management accounting department. He then spent six years with Management Science America (MSA) in Australia where he held various management positions, including that of the managing director. Mr. Koukis holds a degree in commerce from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and is a registered CPA. As Chairman and founder of TEMENOS, Mr. Koukis participates actively in the strategy of the Group. Mr. Koukis is a Greek and Australian national and continues to hold positions on the Board of Directors of a small number of operating companies within the Group. Mr. Koukis was elected in 2001, re-elected in 2002 and in 2005 for a three-year term of office.

Ian Cookson has been active in the Financial Services sector for over 30 years. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of EFG International until September 2007 and remains a member of the Executive Committee after being a member of the Executive Committee of EFG Bank (since 2002). Prior to this, Mr. Cookson sat as Deputy Chief Executive of EFG Bank (1997-2002), Chief Operating Officer of Banque de Dépôts, Geneva (1991-1997) and the Head of Management Services of CBI-TDB Union Bancaire Privée (1986-1991). He currently serves on several Boards of Directors of the EFG Group.
