The support department is in charge of the organisation and delivery of comprehensive training courses and workshops specifically designed to provide banks’ staff with a thorough understanding of New Access products’ range behavior at a functional and technical level.
Training is performed through workshops adapted to products, users, and product implementation phases and delivered by specialized trainers and experts.
Each session is completed by training materials and is conducted either in the New Access offices or at the client’s site.
