Senior Sales & Business Development (Swiss German Expansion)

About the Role

New Access is seeking a proactive, enterprising, and creative Business Development Manager. New Access help Private Banks & Wealth Managers in their digital transformation. This position offers an ideal opportunity to join a growing company capable of offering its clients:

  • A suite of Core-to-Digital solutions including an advanced and comprehensive basic banking system of wealth management,

  • A portfolio management system (PMS),

  • A digital customer lifecycle management (CLM).

Your Challenge:

  • Maintain and develop an intimate relationship with each client and become a trusted partner

  • Develop strategic penetration of accounts. Identify and develop potential alliance partnerships and seek new markets and areas of product growth.

  • Actively contribute to business planning and direction of corporate strategy

  • Regularly visit all customers based in German-speaking Switzerland

  • Develop our customers' knowledge of all our core to digital solutions

  • Research new accounts, identify key players, and generate interest

  • Maintain and develop your prospect database in your assigned territory

  • Perform effective online demonstrations on potential accounts

  • Work closely with the New Access pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure that the offerings and services offered fully meet the business and technological needs of customers.

  • Work closely with marketing to build pipeline and close deals

  • Provide leadership to clients during the initial stages of an engagement. Track and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout the relationship lifecycle.

  • Support market research and competitive positioning analysis of the team in partnership with presales, marketing, and product development staff.

  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to build interest, credibility, and trust.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Proven experience (at least 7 years) in the software sales sector, in business consulting or in business development and relationship management

  • Proactive mentality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM

  • Fluency in English mandatory,

  • Ideally native Swiss German or German speaker
