About the Role

Do you want to join a market leader in the Wealth and Private banking industry? We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Service Delivery Manager.

Within our Client Services team based in Zürich, you participate in the follow-up of our customers.


Your role: 

  • Working as a member of an Agile team of Managed Services, Support, and private banking specialists,

  • Ensure the build of dashboard for clients,

  • Perform technical tasks for resolve issues, managing projects, tracking service metrics,

  • Have already worked with a ticketing tool,

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers,

  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues,

  • Have an attraction for support or production services (run, execution monitoring, ticket resolution).

Requirements

Your profile:

  • 5 years experiences with university degrees, 

  • Knowledge of ITIL,

  • Experience in asset management, private Banking would be a real plus,

  • Fluent in German and English coupled with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner,

  • Excellent analytical and writing skills,

  • Good resistance to stress,

  • Strong team spirit and able to build positive and collaborative relationships with all teams in Switzerland and Near Shore,

  • Good interpersonal skills,

  • You can easily get in touch with all types of contacts,

  • You are independent in carrying out your missions and demonstrate great rigor.
